Payment Methods

Most banks and credit unions have restrictions on the vehicles they want to finance. Make sure if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle.

Texas Carz reserves the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.

The following methods of payment are accepted. Cash (in person); bank to bank wire transfer, certified funds (cashier's check, money order), Visa, MasterCard ($500 max charge),  , or Institutional Financing.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. We do not accept 3rd party checks even if cashier's check. i.e check made out to you.

We are not a Franchise Dealer therefore; we do not accept “Franchise-Dealer ONLY” Checks.

Fees & Taxes

 $150.00 document fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax* based at 0.002431 of the purchase price and a $5.00 for a 60-day paper plate. Texas residents will pay the following:

6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $105.50, Inspection fee of $25.50

Out of Texas residents:

The State in which you reside may have additional fees which we are unaware of, and do not include in the sale of “out of state” purchase. You, the buyer, will be responsible for all fees that the State, or County, Etc. may require.

Shipping & Delivery

Texas Carz will be glad to help the buyer schedule Shipping or Delivery of any vehicle purchased. Down Payments towards shipping is not refundable

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, fees, and liability; we recommend you thoroughly inspect your vehicle before signing acceptance paperwork. Once a deposit is placed for shipping, this goes to a shipper,  it is not refunded if you chose to not have it shipped. 

Texas Carz will not be responsible for any costs, damage or unforeseen problems once the vehicle has left our dealership.

Buyer will be entering into a Contract outside of the scope of Texas Carz Liability, with the Delivery/Shipper they contract with…

Conditions & Guarantee by Seller

We try to describe our vehicles in detail, with a great amount of high-resolution pictures. However, please understand these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new! Any used vehicles, may have minor cosmetic flaws that become visible upon closer inspection.

Please have your scheduled inspection completed prior to purchasing.

Pre-sale inspections are welcomed, and encouraged. If a deposit/down payment is placed, that constitute a verbal agreement to purchase. This is a none refundable deposit, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT/DOWN PAYMENT UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THSI IS THE CAR FOR YOU

Please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures before purchasing.

Texas Carz will make every attempt to provide our clients with two or more sets of keys, manuals, NAV CDs, floor mats, spare tire/jacks etc. At times, vehicles may be missing one or more of these items. Texas Carz does not guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale.

Texas Carz uses  VIN decoder for all options listed on the vehicle. From time to time, some options listed might be incorrect.  It is the customer responsibility to double check on those options. for example; a vehicle could be listed with a CD changer via VIN decoder, however might not have it installed.

Mileage at the time of delivery may be slightly higher due to test drives.

*Warranty

All of our vehicles are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as “AS IS / WHERE IS” condition.

As required by Federal & State Law an” AS-IS Buyer’s Guide” will be included in you sales documents.

AS-IS means (the car is sold as you saw it). There are no liabilities to Texas Carz.

Not all vehicles come with the 90 Day warranty (even when the asking price is paid). You as the customer MUST ask for it at the time of purchase.

Extended Warranties, which cover your vehicle purchase, will cover most problems that can arise in used vehicles.

Extended Warranties are carried by “Third Party Companies” with no affiliation to Texas Carz.

 

 

LEGAL NOTICE

You are entering a legal binding contract, all verbal contracts, claims, or promises are superseded by: the printed contracts, in connection with the terms listed here, website, and paperwork.

Your offer to buy and/or purchase constitutes your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

If you are not sure about something, Please ask! Do not assume anything not explicitly listed is included.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Dallas County, Texas.

The vehicle shall be delivered in Dallas County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Dallas County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas.
