Service contracts are Strongly Suggested on a used car. Used vehicles regardless of their origin, come with no guarantees.

We advise every purchaser to get a Third Party Non-Affiliated Pre-Buy Inspection before you drive off in your new vehicle.

Pre-Buy Inspections, although not required is suggested. Please feel free to contract a Certified, Bonded, and Insured Mechanic to thoroughly inspect your car looking to find anything we may have missed.

The majority of our automobiles are sold in an "As Is" condition.

Service Contracts

Texas Carz offers Service Contracts & Mechanical Breakdown Protection plans on most of our vehicles. We have a variety of Nationwide Service contracts available, each with their own benefits.
These plans are serviced and sold by third party warranty companies, and are not administrated by Texas Carz. We offer these strictly as a convenience to our customers.
These warranties are accepted by most service centers, and new car dealerships nationwide. Every contract and coverage plan has its own particulars. Please research and satisfy your own questions, as to how the policy will work for you. We are knowledgeable to help explain the particulars, but please read everything before you purchase any Service contract.
Ask for details. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.
No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. The Service contract plans are covered by the company providing the contract, NOT BY THE DEALER, please be sure to ask any questions that you may have regarding these warranty plans before purchasing.
